Our Food- Our Mission

Our Food- Our Mission

By supporting small farmers, we are able to see exactly where our ingredients come from, and be a part of the process along the way. This is what we believe make our ingredients/ food stand out.

Farm To Table

Farm To Table

At our restaurant, we emphasize farm to table everywhere possible in our ingredients. The whole wheat sour dough is what makes this place stand out. A cold 24 hour ferment lets the dough develop flavor.

About Hail Mary

About Hail Mary

Formerly called Journeyman, Hail Mary Pizza started out as tapas restaurant but eventually pivoted to pizza. This is where the prior owner created a whole wheat sour dough which he used as his "Hail Mary" to create a unique pizza and put them on the map. The rest is history.

Some things happy customers have said

Best pizza I've had in L.A. since moving here four years ago, and I eat a LOT of pizza! The pepperoni is amazing. The blister-y black sourdough crust is amazing. The Basque cake is amazing. I'm so happy I only live 10 minutes away!!!

Hail Mary is our fave pizza spot! We moved an hour away but the delicious food, music, and good people behind this establishment keep us coming back. Order the basque cake for dessert and thank me later! ;-)

Amazing pizza, the crust is truly one of a kind. I believe it is sourdough as well! One of my favorite things is to go and split a pizza and a salad. Surprisingly good small wine list as well. First class group of people in there.

Our Story

Our Story

We support small farmers directly because more money goes into their pockets, and having a relationship with those who grow your food means you have a connection to the source. You also know how it was grown, raised, or harvested.
